Products are delivered via email for download or through our membership site located at http://restaurantprofitandperformance.com/member.  You will receive your login information or the actual product for download via email within 15 minutes of your purchase.

REFUND

All products have at minimum a 30 day, no questions asked refund policy.  If you are NOT 100% satisfied for any reason please email support@therestaurantboss.com and we will issue you a refund.
